The role will be 5 days working on site in Hull.
Description
- Coordinate with different department heads to identify and implement technology solutions
- Manage the Operations Technology
- Manage the design and execution of system tests
- Oversee the development of customised software solutions
- Ensure all technology operations align with company and industry regulations
- Develop and manage the technology budget
- Identify opportunities for web and tech advancement within the FMCG department
- Lead the training and development of team members in new technologies
- Conduct regular technology audits to ensure optimal performance
Profile
A successful Operations Technology Manager should have:
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficient knowledge of technological trends and developments
- Experience in project management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
