Financial Controller | up to £70,000 + Bonus + 5 days in the office - North London
IN2 Consult are supporting a client based in North London who are looking to bring in a Financial Controller who can support the CFO in the day to day running of the Finance function along with managing up to 5 direct reports.
This role is fully office based but you will benefit from hands-on support and guidance from a very experienced CFO who will help develop your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finance function
- 5 direct reports
- Review the production of management & statutory accounts
- Oversee the year end audit
- Support the CFO with any ad hoc tasks
- Suggest system improvements
- Build and improve the commercial foundation of the business, inclusive on budgeting, forecasting and future planning
Essential:
- ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Proven experience in financial reporting
- Previous management experience
- Great work ethic
- Commercial acumen
- Longevity with previous roles
Desirable:
- Dynamics 365 system experience
- Process improvement knowledge
- Retail industry experience
