Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Facilities Management, and a solid understanding of Supply Chain operations. In this role, you will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality standards, and assist in optimizing processes across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage workflows, address operational challenges, and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & Quality Control:
- Oversee and monitor all quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
- Assist with the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production and operational processes to identify potential improvements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across all operations.

Facilities Management:
- Coordinate and monitor daily facilities operations, ensuring proper maintenance, cleanliness, and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage inventory of facility-related supplies, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are strictly followed within the workplace.

Operational Efficiency:
- Track and report on key operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process optimization.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational workflows.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues, coordinating with relevant teams to address any disruptions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Support the Operations Director with tasks.
- Help facilitate training sessions for new team members on quality and operational procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in operations, quality assurance, quality control, or facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics, or similar industry.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and practices.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ISO standards or other industry certifications in quality management.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Knowledge of facilities management software or tools.
