Central Employment are proudly representing our client, based in Hexham, by recruiting a permanent Property Accounts Assistant to join their team!

Description:

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in property management? Our recruitment agency is partnering with a leading estate agency in Hexham to find a Property Management Accounts Assistant to join their successful team.

Role Overview: As a Property Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Reconciliation of client monies and credit control
  • Managing purchase ledger and preparing rental statements
  • Processing agent fees and handling incoming and outgoing deposits
  • Collaborating with Property Managers and the Accounts team to reconcile bank accounts

Ideal Candidate:

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload and maintain composure under pressure
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Experience with VAT and property-related accounts is advantageous
  • Service charge experience is desirable but not essential
  • Must hold a full driving license and have access to a personal vehicle
