THE COMPANY

This fantastic company is an industry leader, having been consistently growing its services, client base and reputation for over 20 years and now employing close to 500 people. They offer a wide range of services including event management, business and group travel, venue finding and event technology across a broad client base with a heavy leaning towards professional services.

Events can range from a VIP meeting in London for 50 delegates, to a high-end meeting for 300 or a partner conference for up to 2,000 across the globe, and everything in between!  

THE ROLE

In this integral role you will work closely with internal departments in order to onboard new clients, supporting the growth of the company globally.

Responsibilities will include:

-          Liaising closely with internal departments

-          Supporting with the onboarding of new clients

-          Developing operational strategies to drive efficiency

-          Analysing processes and identifying areas for improvement

-          Developing excellent client relationships

-          Presenting, negotiating, and handling queries

-          Facilitating the conversion of opportunities to operational delivery

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will come from an events agency background, with a solid understanding of operations as well as the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
