THE ROLE

Being the main point of contact for clients, the Project Manager is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of their events, including:

•          Developing new and existing client relationships

•          Taking a full brief and understanding the clients requirements

•          Pitching and presenting to clients

•          Planning, organising and managing resources accordingly

•          Sourcing and liaising with external suppliers, including DMC’s, venues, etc.

•          Overseeing delegate registration and logistics

•          Taking full responsibility for the budget

•          Managing the onsite delivery of events

•          Leading and motivating junior members of the team

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have strong experience from within an event agency environment.  Acting in a client facing position, managing the full end-to-end process of projects is essential.
