Finance Manager (Product Control) | North London | 3 days a week in office | Competitive Salary + Bonus
IN2 Consult are supporting one of Europe's fastest growing Fintech businesses who are looking to add multiple Finance Manager's as part of their growing Product Control team. This role is an excellent opportunity if you have previous experience in Fintech, Investment Banking or Product Control. In this position, you will focus mainly on complex reconciliation, large data points, stress testing new products, product expansions and implementations alongside company wide collaboration. You will also have the opportunity to promote to a more senior position in the future, alongside moving into different departments including commercial finance in time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and address the potential impact on Finance through new products
- Assisting with the product onboarding processes to ensure alignment with Financial reporting requirements
- Support, guide and mentor a product control team
- Assist with the new product discovery with various departments, both Finance and Non-Finance
- Support the overall Finance plan to deliver new products and future product implementations
- End to end financial reporting that is inline with product compliance
- Ad-hoc support
Essential:
- ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified, CIMA qualified candidates will not be considered unfortunately
- Top tier practice or Investment Banking background
- Fintech, Financial Services or Banking clients in your portfolio
- Proven experience in complex accounting
- Confidence in working with high volumes of data
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the Fintech or payments space
- AVP or VP within a Investment Banking business
- Understanding of a transaction flow
- Genuine interest in the Fintech industry
