We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Nurse Qualified Deputy Manager to join a 42-bedded service that offers compassionate, person-centred care within a nursing and residential care setting.

Deputy Manager Duties include:

  • Support the Home Manager in overseeing the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the service.
  • Ensure the Care, Welfare, and Safety of all residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Develop Personalized Care Plans that reflect the needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Administer Medication Safely and accurately record all necessary information.
  • Build Strong Relationships with external suppliers and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care.
  • Lead, Mentor, and Inspire a dedicated team of care staff, encouraging growth and performance.

Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • A Registered Nurse with a Valid Pin
  • Strong knowledge of NMC Codes of Practice and Regulatory Standards
  • Proven experience in person-centred care planning
  • A natural leader and mentor, with a passion for empowering teams.
  • A heart dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care to residents.
