Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift)

Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting our market leading client with their search for Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers.

Overall Purpose:

• As a Maintenance Engineer, with either a mechanical or electrical bias, You'll be responsible for making sure machinery and equipment runs smoothly.

Key Duties:

• Providing reactive maintenance to all site machinery.
• Working on a wide range of industrial process machinery.
• Mechanical: Chains, Drives, Gears, Rollers, Bearings, Belts, Chains, Hydraulics/Pneumatics etc.
• Electrical: Industrial contactors, Power supplies, Controls. PLC Fault Finding, Read electrical wiring diagrams and draw a simple diagrams.
• Bench fitting.
• Working on a call out rota split between 6 engineers. Paid at enhanced rate.
• Working permanent day shift.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Engineering qualification within mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Experience working within a heavy engineering/industrial engineering environment.
• Either a Mechanical OR Electrical bias or multi skilled.

The Package:

• Salary ranging from 40,000 - 45,000 with basic rate of 18.30 PH, plus call out fees, OT etc.
• Working day shift Monday-Friday.
