You will work cover every aspect of the employee life cycle, whilst relying on the support and partnership of senior external partners for complex ER/HR issues.In your role as HR Administrator your day-to-day duties will include;
  • Onboarding of all new starters
  • Responsible for all recruitment administration, including advertising, booking interviews etc
  • Managing and processing queries in the HR inbox
  • Being the first point of contact with regards to all HR policy queries
  • Managing and updating all payroll queries and monthly payroll changes
  • Working with external HR partners on complex HR matters
In this busy and diverse role the skills you will bring will include;
  • Working knowledge of employee life cycle
  • Prior experience in a similar role ideally in sole capacity
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels of experience and seniority
  • Some understanding of payroll changes
