  • Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator certificate or equivalent (Level 2 may also be considered), Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting, Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education, Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, Ability to work effectively as part of a team, Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children
