As the business continues to grow, we are now looking to add a talented Service Operations Specialist to the Service Operations Team to further enhance the service delivery side of the business.
Pay and Benefits:
Salary: c£28,000
Bonus: 10%
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)
Holidays: 22 rising with service
Benefits: pension; health care and death in service
This is a permanant, office based role
The Job:
Working as an integral part of the Service Team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your service patch; this will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers
- Managing quotes
- Problem solving and dealing with queries
- Working closely with internal customers
- Keeping internal and external systems updated.
About You:
You will already be working as a service-related environment, preferably within an engineering related business; along with an outgoing personality, you will also need:
- Able to work under pressure
- Capable of taking ownership from start to finish
- Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
- Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
