Established for over 25 years, this established contractor continues to experience of period of sustained growth. With a belief that their staff are their greatest asset, they have a reputation developing their staff which is demonstrated by their staff retention.

As the business continues to grow, we are now looking to add a talented Service Operations Specialist to the Service Operations Team to further enhance the service delivery side of the business.

Pay and Benefits:

Salary: c£28,000

Bonus: 10%

Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday)

Holidays: 22 rising with service

Benefits: pension; health care and death in service

This is a permanant, office based role

The Job:

Working as an integral part of the Service Team, you will be responsible for the smooth running of your service patch; this will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers
  • Managing quotes
  • Problem solving and dealing with queries
  • Working closely with internal customers
  • Keeping internal and external systems updated.

About You:

You will already be working as a service-related environment, preferably within an engineering related business; along with an outgoing personality, you will also need:

  • Able to work under pressure
  • Capable of taking ownership from start to finish
  • Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
  • Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel

This role would suit: Customer Service; Debt Collection; Resourcer; Recruitment Consultant; Service Coordinator; Account Manager; Service Delivery
