DBR Group, acting as an employment business are recruiting a Class 2 Driver (Nights) for our client in Heywood.

This role is a 12-week Temp to Perm position, meaning after completing 12 successful weeks with the client, you will transfer as a permanent employee.

The Job

This is as straight forward as it gets.

Starting at 16:30pm at the depot in Heywood, you will oversee the loading of the vehicle (by FLT) and jump on the back to strap the load down, ensuring that the load is safe for transportation.

From there, youll drive to the depot in Hinkley in Leicestershire, to meet the driver that has driven up from London.

Youll swap loads, strap the load, ensuring safe for transportation, back to Heywood.

On the way back, youll take your 45-minute break.

Once back in Heywood, youll help the night shift unload the vehicle.

Your finish time will be 01:30am.

The Pay

£14.95 per hour based on PAYE.

Monday to Friday.

Key Skills Required

Class 2 (Category C) Licence Entitlement.

In Date CPC Card and Tacho Card.

An FLT Licence would be desirable; however, you must be willing to be trained as part of the role if not.

You must be 21 years of age or older have no more than 6 minor points and have at least 12 months experience as a Class 2 driver for insurance purposes.
