- Establish new business relationships within the automotive sector
- Identify potential clients and offer tailored solutions for Service Centre, Bodyshop, and SMART repair services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations to address them
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure services meet client requirements
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Manage negotiations and contracts with clients
- Keep up to date with market trends and the competitive landscape
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of Service Centre, Bodyshop, and SMART repair services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with key decision-makers
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
