Our client based in Heywood are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller to join their busy team.
Duties include:
- Managing and collecting debts
- Evaluating new credit requests and reviewing customers’ credit rankings
- Setting up of terms and conditions of credit
- Ensuring timely payment of debts
- Following up payments as needed
- Negotiating re-payment plans
- Responding to relevant client enquiries
- Processing and reconciliation of invoices
- Checking and posting of receipts to our accounts system
- Preparation of statements
You will ideally have previous credit control experience, be a confident and friendly communicator, be naturally organised and be able to build good working relationships with both external and internal customers.
