FJA are looking to recruit a Customer Service Support Advisor on behalf of our client based in Heywood. Joining a hugely successful and growing team, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining customer and supplier relationships and managing general customer service and admin tasks.   Benefits in the role of Customer Service Support Advisor

 Customer Service Support Advisor responsibilities;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - a keen eye for numbers would be an advantage
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities to cross sell / up sell additional products where appropriate 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues
  • Accurately update the database with all customer interactions and transactions
  • Liaise with suppliers to check on stock, prices and deliveries
  • Assist on the customer trade counter as and when required
  • Handle all telephone queries
 The successful Customer Service Support Advisor must have:
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills – written and verbal  
  • Strong numerical skills – a keen eye for numbers is a must!
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and be a team player
  • Previous experience of order processing / liaising with suppliers would be a huge advantage
