- Monday – Friday shifts available between 7am – 5pm to suit your availability

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and availability - a keen eye for numbers would be an advantage
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities to cross sell / up sell additional products where appropriate
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delivery issues
- Accurately update the database with all customer interactions and transactions
- Liaise with suppliers to check on stock, prices and deliveries
- Assist on the customer trade counter as and when required
- Handle all telephone queries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong numerical skills – a keen eye for numbers is a must!
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and be a team player
- Previous experience of order processing / liaising with suppliers would be a huge advantage
