If you are a motivated Service Specialist have confident administration / IT skills and you’re ready to join a business to will be totally committed to you and your development, you can expect a salary of up to £25,000 plus a 10% performance bonus. What’s the Job?

Working within the Service Team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the field-based service engineers have everything they need to do their jobs; you’ll be involved in:

  • Raising quotations
  • Booking in jobs
  • Raising invoices
  • Completing month end checks
  • What Skills do I need?

You’ll already be working as an administrator / service advisor, preferably within an engineering related business; along with an outgoing personality, you’ll also need:

  • A strong administration background with an excellent eye for detail
  • To be able to manage multiple, ever-changing deadlines
  • Have the ability to take ownership from start to finish
  • Be confident and used to working in a very busy, often challenging environment
  • Have strong IT skills and be confident with Excel
