This role will be a pivotal part to the customer service team – and this team is an absolutely fantastic one to be a part of! This is a supportive team who love where they work and enjoy what they do, which is infectious across the office. In this role you will actively be a main contact between the company and key clients. Location: HeywoodSalary: Dependant on experience Main duties:  
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and their key accounts
  • Manage and resolve a wide range of account queries
  • Improve and develop the service offered to clients
  • Communicate any billing issues from managing agents to the billing team
  • Managing data and reporting on this
  • Looking at competitor trends and reporting this to senior management
  • Supporting back office with after sales support and customer care
  • Attend off site client meetings
Person specification:
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with Excel and Outlook skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and individually
  • Industry experience (ideal)
  • Account management experience
