The Company head office is based at a location just outside of Heywood
Our client is currently looking for a PART-TIME Billing Administrator to join their team on a FIXED TERM 12 month contract for 15 hours a week on a Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will be doing as the Billing Administrator:
- Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests
- Process billing (including receive invoices, placing into the system, reconciling, posing)
- Process any manual billings for carrier accounts
- Communicate daily with key departments
- Undertake general day to day office administrative processes
- Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues
- Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills
- The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of Ad hoc projects
What you need to bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious
- Experience with basic Microsoft Excel
