Our client is a prominent name in global logistics. With offices in Europe, Asia and the USA, they are a rapidly expanding outfit. Our client is looking for a Billing Administrator to join their busy team.

What you will be doing as the Billing Administrator
- Day-to-day front-end support including resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests
- Process billing (including receive invoices, placing into the system, reconciling, posing) and undertake any relevant associated tasks
- Process any manual billings for carrier accounts
- Communicate daily with key departments
- Undertake general day to day office administrative processes, communicate via emails and telephone
- Liaise with suppliers or customers on a wide range of issues
- Other ad hoc tasks reasonably associated with the role
- Engage in informal education/training from other team members to gain additional skills
- The role will allow the opportunity to get involved with a wide range of Ad hoc projects
Skills and Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Detail driven and adherence to deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated and tenacious.
- Experience with basic Microsoft Excel.
