DBR Group, acting as a Recruitment Agency, are recruiting for an experienced Bendi/Flexi FLT Driver to work at our client who are a household name in the Industrial Industry.
Our client are a leading independent distributor of floor coverings and accessories. They supply everything from screeds and adhesives, carpets, carpet tiles and luxury vinyl tiles, laminate, to underlays, stair nosings and accessories, and beyond. With an underpinning ethos of customers first, Pennine has grown to become an independent market leader in the distribution of floor coverings to the trade.
As a Bendi/Flexi FLT driver you will assist in the timely and accurate preparing and loading of customers orders.
This role is based on a 12-week Temporary to Permanent position.
Duties:
You will be working as an Bendi/Flexi FLT driver
You must be prepared to work within all aspects of the warehouse, as our client likes workers to be an intrinsic member of the team and be proficient at all roles and not concentrate solely on the use of the FLT.
You must also be physically fit and able to work alone. There is scope, for the right candidate, to be trained on the flooring cutter and progress within the business.
Requirements:
Must hold an up-to-date Bendi/Flexi FLT Licence
Previous Bendi/Flexi FLT experience is essential
Hours:
Mon to Fri - 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
As a permanent member of the team, you will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Our client does not work weekends and bank holidays.
Remuneration:
£13.00 per hour.
