Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 -4pm.

My client is a growing Security company, well established within their area, offering solutions from; CCTV surveillance, access control, traffic battird, gates, turnstiles and guarding services. Due to an increased demand for their services, they are looking for an experienced service coordinator to act as a key player within their close knit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating visits, call outs , repairs and remedial work for the engineers. As this is a client liaison role it is imperative that the candidate has a strong understanding of security systems and a background working within the fire and security industry.

Requirements

  • Administration experience within fire and security.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • The ability to multitask effectively to balance their ‘to do list’
  • The desire to progress and build out their own team within the service coordinator role.
  • Any experience with invoicing and report writing is welcomed.
  • The ability to commute to Heywood daily, candidates must have a driving license and their own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service desk operations
  • Log prioritise and assign service tickets to the appropriate engineers and technicians ensuring SLA’s are met.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to provide updates with service issues, scheduling and progress reports.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management or specialised teams when necessary
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compile and distribute reports when required
  • Manage invoices
  • Assist in the training and support for new service desk staff when the opportunity arises.
