Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Heywood, Rochdale
Salary: Up To 29,000 DOE

As part of the Service Desk team you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining all in-house, hosted, and customer networks, infrastructures, and software applications. The team also resolves all support requests, providing outstanding customer service when dealing with any customer query.

Technical Infrastructure that you will get to work with:
- Windows Desktop Operating Systems (Win7, Win8, Win10, Win11).
- Windows Server Operating Systems (2008, 2011, 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022).
- Infrastructure support and networking.
- Desirable: VMware or Microsoft Azure experience.
