Field Service Engineer

Our client are looking to recruit a Field Service Engineer. The role includes service maintenance, repair, commissioning, and validation services for a wide range of equipment across various key sectors.Key Responsibilities:Service, maintain, repair, commission, and validate various company-manufactured equipmentSchedule and coordinate work to meet deadlines and ensure optimal equipment performanceDevelop and implement test procedures, diagnose issues, and perform necessary repairsCollaborate with installation and project engineers to troubleshoot and resolve client-site problemsComplete site visit documentation and maintain positive relationships with teams and customersContribute to the development and implementation of field service best practicesRequired Qualifications:Proven engineering expertise (preferably with BTECH/ONC qualification in an engineering discipline)Prior field service experience in a relevant technical fieldFlexibility to travel and accommodate occasional customer visits outside regular hours (enhanced overtime rate)Experience with ISO 9001 Quality systems, GMP conditions, PLC-based control systems, and validation proceduresSalary: £36,000.00-£39,500.00 per yearWhat's on Offer?Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per yearWork Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm24 days of holiday (plus bank holidays)Overtime available (paid at enhanced rates)Profit-related bonus schemeCompany credit card for expenses and hotel stays as neededCompany vehicle provided (personal use allowed)Free onsite parkingDay shiftMonday to Thursday 0800 - 1600Friday 0800 - 1400Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
