Supporting Families Worker, HeywoodPay rate, £16.10 per hourThe Talent Crowd are recruiting for an experienced Family Worker to join an established team in Greater Manchester.Job Purpose and Responsibilities: -We are looking for the right candidate to join our friendly, supportive and busy Family Time Team.  Rochdale Family Time Service provides high quality, child-led supervised family time to our Cared for Children.  We are looking for someone with experience of direct work with children and families, ideally with experience in facilitating and recording observations of family time / contact sessions.  Knowledge of the needs of cared for children and their families is essential and experience of offering parenting support, child-led play and working in a trauma-informed manner would be preferred.The right candidate will be reliable, well-organised and able to communicate well with children, young people, parents and all professionals involved.Family Time sessions may take place in Family Hubs or in community settings and the right candidate will be able to manage their time to ensure that court directed sessions are well organised and meet the needs of children and families.  The use of your own transport to work at locations across and occasionally outside the borough is also essential.Please contact Molly Rylance on or email for more information.We recruit across all areas of Qualified Social Work.
