Reeson Education is working closely with a wonderful alternative provision in the OL10 postcode to find a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This school supports pupils who are unable to attend mainstream education due to a variety of complex needs, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping these children thrive.

About the SEN Teacher Role:

You will be teaching small classes of 5 or fewer pupils, ensuring that each child receives individualised attention and support.
Pupils in the class will be aged 11 to 16 years old, with a range of complex needs that may include SEMH, ADHD, autism, and other learning difficulties.
The role will involve adapting lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of each student, creating a positive and nurturing environment.
Full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with the potential for the position to become permanent after a successful probationary period.

The Ideal SEN Teacher will:

Have experience working with children with SEN/SEMH needs.
Be adaptable and creative in their approach to teaching, understanding that no two students learn the same way.
Be patient, compassionate, and committed to making a difference in the lives of young people facing challenges.
