Reeson Education is working closely with a wonderful alternative provision in the OL10 postcode to find a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This school supports pupils who are unable to attend mainstream education due to a variety of complex needs, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about helping these children thrive.

About the SEN Teacher Role:

  • You will be teaching small classes of 5 or fewer pupils, ensuring that each child receives individualised attention and support.
  • Pupils in the class will be aged 11 to 16 years old, with a range of complex needs that may include SEMH, ADHD, autism, and other learning difficulties.
  • The role will involve adapting lessons and activities to meet the individual needs of each student, creating a positive and nurturing environment.
  • Full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with the potential for the position to become permanent after a successful probationary period.
