The candidate
- Previous experience working within an office environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

The role
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products and services
- Provide detailed information about services offered.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects.
- Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
