Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our team, following the departure of a team member due to health reasons. You will be supported by one-on-one secretarial assistance and a shared paralegal, ensuring you can focus on delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Utilize our Case Management System
Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in residential conveyancing.
Ability to manage 80-100 files, with a maximum of 20-25 completions for experienced candidates (juniors will have lower expectations).
A proactive and client-focused approach.
Full-time availability (no part-time roles available).
