Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancer to join our team, following the departure of a team member due to health reasons. You will be supported by one-on-one secretarial assistance and a shared paralegal, ensuring you can focus on delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Utilize our Case Management System
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to manage 80-100 files, with a maximum of 20-25 completions for experienced candidates (juniors will have lower expectations).
  • A proactive and client-focused approach.
  • Full-time availability (no part-time roles available).
