Job Title: Installation Engineer (electrical)Location: Chapel-en-le-FrithStart: ASAPType:PERMHours: 36Overtime AvailableRate: £20+ per hour 1.5x Overtime - 2x Sundays - 2x + a day in Lieu for Bank HolidaysPosition Summary: Join a small team responsible for the day-to-day organisation on site of the installation & commissioning of overhead cranes and associated products. Liaising with the technical services Manager to achieve installation of the equipment in a safe manner, on time & within budget and to the satisfaction of the customer. Sometimes this will involve working at the manufacturing facility but mainly the role will be site-based working on our customers sites throughout the UK and occasionally overseas.Experience / Qualifications: * A comprehensive knowledge of 3 phase motor control systems including PLC's & inverter control is preferred.* Application of mechanical or electrical qualification with a heavy manufacturing environment NVQ level 3 or above.* 17th Edition certification.* Ability to identify and resolve faults / required operational changes.* A full UK driving licence is essential.Additional:Most work will take place in the UK although there will be some abroad.Hotels/ Bed and Breakfasts will be provided as well as an evening meal and a £50 daily allowance when abroad.PPE, Specific Tools, Training, Workwear, Phone and Laptop Provided
