Head of Operations - Poole's Cavern

This exciting and challenging new role within Buxton Civic Association will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of operations at Poole's Cavern and Buxton Country Park. As a key member of the management team you will be responsible for delivering income targets and creating visitor experiences that are vital to the longevity of the charity. This is your chance to play a part in delivering conservation and engagement work within one of Britain's most popular towns.  

You will need to be able to inspire and develop your team to deliver further successes at this time of change - the 50,000 customers who pay to visit our beautiful and award-winning caves are just the start!  You will support staff and volunteers in delivering a large scale Heritage Lottery funded project that has been created to help map a robust future, and help influence a strategy that will see further development in our offer to tourists and our much-valued local community.
