A highly regarded law firm based in Chapel-en-le-Frith are currently looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly team to be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring legal compliance, and facilitating the smooth transfer of property ownership.

You must have previous experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years experience.

This role is full time office based.

Duties

  • Dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, both Freehold and Leasehold and plot purchases
  • Handling a caseload from inception to completions
