The Role

As a key member of our Maintenance engineering team at our New Mills Site, you will play a vital role in ensuring proactive maintenance and quick responses to breakdowns. By supporting the Operations team, we work diligently to achieve compliance with the production plan. Our focus is on minimizing engineering downtime, enhancing asset availability, performance, and efficiency through continuous improvement techniques.

Our commitment lies in delivering effective and timely responses to plant breakdowns, along with ensuring that planned maintenance activities are executed on schedule and in adherence to the site's PPM requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Experience within the FMCG/Food Sectors
  • Time served Engineering apprentice trained
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions for electrical and mechanical
  • Responsible for PPM completion, updating and providing feedback for improving the planned maintenance system
  • Good fault finding & problem-solving skills
