The hours are Monday to Friday, 08.30 -16.30, due to the location the candidate must be a driver and have access to a vehicle.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and nurturing team at a specialist educational provision in the High Peak area. The teaching assistant will be required to support the pupils in our RAISE therapeutic provision with pupils with ESBA , ASC and Trauma. They must be able to support with Maths, English and Science along with offsite activities including outdoor education.

The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students with SEND, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH), and other learning challenges.
- Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support during lessons and activities.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their confidence and independence.
- Assist in planning and delivering interventions to support academic and emotional progress.
- Help create a safe and engaging learning environment.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about working with children and young people with additional needs.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is patient, empathetic, and committed to promoting the well-being of students.
- Holds relevant experience in education or care settings (desirable but not essential).
- Has a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- Is flexible, proactive, and able to work as part of a team.
