Orka Financial is working with a rapidly growing and very exciting international business to recruit a broad Accountant role. The business is based in High Wycombe and they operate hybrid working. This is a brand new role and is part of several roles being recruited due to the impressive growth of the business. This role will suit someone actively studying towards their accounting qualification an will present an excellent opportunity to grow and develop further.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts preparation and Balance sheet reconciliations for a number of business units.• Support the wider finance team to ensure monthly management accounts are produced accurately and in a timely manner.• Ability to report to Group finance any variance in management accounts.• Assist in the group and local audit and help prepare statutory accounts.• Assist of budgeting, cash flow forecasts and various FP&A analysis for the above entities..• Accurate Intercompany transactions with other Group companies worldwide• Assist in implementation of new finance systems.• Assist in ESG reporting.• Maintenance and improvement of fixed asset registers.• Engage with commercial, finance and operational teams to improve accuracy and quality of data for reporting and forecasting. • Assist in the monthly consolidation.

Profile:

• Good communicator that can work with non-financial managers.• Good understanding of financial accounting and processes.• Open, analytical, and detailed approach.• Ability to work to pressured timetables.• Ability to Build finance and non-finance relationships. • Good excel skills.• Ability to work on their own initiative.• Experience of multicurrency and multinational companies.

Salary:

£40,000 - £42,5000 + benefits
