Financial Controller - £65,000 - £70,000 + Bonus -  Buckinghamshire, (hyrbid working)  Trace Recruit is delighted to be supporting a growing technology business, who is recruiting for a Financial Controller.Our client is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their busy finance department. In this challenging and varied role, you will be responsible for the preparation of the monthly and quarterly accounting close process. It is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to step utilise and increase the breadth of their experience. This is a brand new role working directly with the CFO to support future growth.  About Your New Role
  • Automate transactional finance
  • Capture for costs 
  • Link Bank accounts and  streamline the payment process and reconciliation.
  • Cashflow forecasting and management.
  • Assist with Business planning, budgeting and modelling.
  • Integrate payroll
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset register and asset tracking
  • Multi-business structure with the need to produce standalone and consolidated management accounts. Entities located in the UK – main, Canada and India
  • Manage the audit process
  • Assist with future M&A integration
Your Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) 
  • Recent experience of producing management accounts, preparing budgets and financial analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience setting up process and procedures
  This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain great experience working in an acquisitive business, working with a CFO who will support your career development. This role will start by setting up some basic accounting procedures in order to support future business growth, so candidates must demonstrate a "hands-on" approach. The role require 4 days a week onsite and 1 day working from home.
