Management Accountant, High Wycombe12 Month Fixed Term Contract£50,000 - £55,000 + superb benefits package and bonusOur client, an ever expanding commercial entity bucking the trend in terms of growth and profitability, is looking for a skilled finance professional to play a pivotal role within their talented finance function on a fixed term contract basis.The role requires a strong mix of reporting, analysis and systems capabilities and will add value across numerous entities and disciplines. Key areas of expertise will include:* Production of Monthly Management Accounts including the preparation of detailed cost centre information for Head office cost centres. Review of information with cost centre heads.* Review of variable costs for inclusion in Management Accounts.* Analysis of Monthly management account information for Sales and payroll data including the production of monthly reporting pack and presentation to Operations team.* Liaison with Operations team in relation to monthly setting of Sales targets and Payroll cost forecasting and monitoring.* Support Planning Manager and Head Office cost centre Managers with preparation of Annual Budget and Forecasts.* Management and Development of weekly and monthly KPI reporting.* Ad hoc analysis as and when required.* Supervision and development of a Part Qualified Accountant.In addition to the above, the primary focus will be to present analytical findings and financial information with credibility and clarity across the business.
