Your new companyAn established SME in the heart of High Wycombe, with fantastic retention and reporting to the owner / MD.This role is to replace a pending retiree who can provide a handover.Your new roleManagement Accounts for the UK side of the business.Production of Management Accounts, Journals, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Reg and depreciation, some intercompany accounts.The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office management practices.Manage accounts tasks including data entry, accruals and prepayments, stock reconciliations, management account journals, to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring all information is up-to-date.Preparation of financial documents using Sage.Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.What you'll need to succeedProven experience in an office environment with a focus on accounts tasks.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly in data entry and record keeping.Familiarity with Sage is preferable.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with team members and clients.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.What you'll get in returnFlexible working options are available.Good salary for 10 hours a weekOpportunity to work with the MD and influence decisionsUseful benefitsWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
