Description
- Manage assets and reports in Excel (pivot tables etc)
- Prepayments and accruals
- Liaise with suppliers for all purchases and payment needs.
- Produce Sage Works Orders and allocate materials.
- Create and analyse stock reports.
- Sage housekeeping - Manage purchase order report.
- Liaise between other internal teams within the business.
Profile
- AAT Level 4 (minimum)
- Highly Proficient with SAP/SAGE type order processing packages.
- Experience in administrative finance
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages.
- Confident and professional in liaising with internal and external customers.
- A reliable person who can work effectively as part of team.
