Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the Finance Director on a temporary to permanent basis.
The role involves processing sales and purchase invoices, credit control, and supplier payments.
Candidates should have experience working for small businesses and be proficient in Word, Excel, and Sage.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and offers a salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum.
Key responsibilities also include bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and completion of VAT returns.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to assist the Finance Director based on site on a temp to perm basis.

Duties to include:

Process sales and purchase invoices
Credit control
Deal with supplier payments and statement reconciliations
Bank reconciliations
Process expenses / credit card transactions
Prepare and post Accounts Payable payments
Assist Financial Accountant with month-end routines
Payroll, including RTI on a monthly basis
Completion of VAT Returns
Payments by BACS, CHAPS, Cheque, Direct Debit and Standing Orders
Matching invoices to delivery notes

Skills:
