A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Operations Coordinator to join our client in a hybrid role. Reporting to the Head of Department the role involves supporting the maintenance and operation of company standards and providing operational assistance to the professional standards team. Key responsibilities include managing relationships with external contractors, coordinating quality assurance processes, and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A-level or equivalent education, or relevant work experience.

Experience required for the Operations Coordinator:

  • Data analysis and presentation
  • Organising meetings and recording notes
  • Experience in regulated qualifications environments
  • Working with dispersed teams
  • Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships

Skills required for the Operations Coordinator:

  • Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Analytical thinking, resilience, and planning expertise
  • Technical and professional knowledge
