Description

What the Sales Engineer will be doing:

  • Working closely with clients to understand their technical needs and deliver bespoke solutions that drive results.

  • Preparing and presenting proposals, technical quotes, and product specifications.

  • Collaborating with internal engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and executed.

  • Supporting the full sales cycle, from lead generation to after-sales service, with a consultative and hands-on approach.

  • Staying current on industry trends, technologies, and customer expectations to proactively identify new opportunities.

Profile

What we're looking for:

  • A strong technical background, ideally with experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.

  • Proven sales or client-facing experience, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling value propositions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • An individual who can work across High Wycombe, Watford, St Albans, Luton and Oxford
