We are looking for a Research & Development Specialist to join our key client in the High Wycombe area. This role would suit someone with at least 2 years' experience in a hands on Research & Development role with experience working in a Laboratory and testing environment.

*Must be able to drive and have own car & licence*

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Research and Development Process Specialist will be undertaking the planning, research and development of cutting edge purification equipment
  • Research and develop new technologies from concept to product testing working closely with customers
  • Undertake data analysis and create reports detailing findings to improve processes
  • Work closely with other team members across multiple Engineering functions to ensure products are developed effectively

Key Attributes:

  • Ideally 2 years+ experience in a similar environment carrying out Laboratory tests in a Research capacity
  • Chemical Engineering or Chemistry knowledge
  • Degree or higher in a similar discipline would be advantageous
  • Practical hands on testing experience
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK, Europe and occasionally the US to visit customers and test products on site
