The Role - Applications Specialist, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems
Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused Applications Specialist responsible for:
- Performing pre-sales demonstrations and post-sales customer training
- Onboarding new customers by engaging teams in the launch
- Travelling to prospective customer sites, luminary sites and trade shows to perform presentations
- Providing ongoing application assistance and support to end users
Your Background - Applications Specialist, Robotic Liquid Handling Systems
To succeed in this exciting role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Background working as a scientist or laboratory technician using DNA sequencing, tissue typing or similar
- Experience using automated liquid handling platforms and next generation sequencing (NGS)
- Automation experience, ideally script writing
- Ability to recognise and solve complex problems
- Ability to communicate and understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
