We create compelling, digital visual experiences that add value to the business of our clients, managing all of the complexities involved and managing and monitoring the digital signage of our clients 24/7!

We are now recruiting for an Audio-Visual Installation Engineer, you could be working with the shop-fitting team or new installations or even diagnosing faults and maintaining equipment!

In addition to this as our Audio-Visual Installation Engineer you will be specifically responsible for:

  • Installation and maintenance of digital signage networks
  • Rack build and AV/Broadband system preparation prior to installation
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving faults utilising our own management system and bespoke cloud-based platforms
  • Experience of running and terminating phone lines, CAT6
  • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help resolve issues or set up systems
  • Completing on-line audits after completion of installation and maintenance visits
  • Responding within agreed time limits to faults and adhering to client SLA's
  • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with our customers and suppliers

Your work with us will be varied and you will be working with high profile clients such as: Sky, Currys, EE and The Gym Group.

The role will require you to work across the UK and will require driving to and staying near site occasionally when necessary!

As our Audio Visual and Network Installation Engineer you should have:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial installation and maintenance of network and audio-visual systems.
  • You will be a self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience of installing and maintaining digital signage networks
  • Good working knowledge of supporting IOS devices
