Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. This role involves handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the wider finance team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property accounting, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, based near High Wycombe, office based.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records.
  • Process service charge, ground rent, and insurance payments.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Respond to queries from clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding accounts and payments.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least two years’ experience in an accounts role, ideally within the property sector.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work independently when required.
