Marc Daniels is working with a market leading company in High Wycombe who are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team.
This is a 6 month contract role with amazing benefits such as hybrid working (2 days in the office)
Responsibilities:
- Accurate invoice entry and classification
- Responding to and resolving supplier inquiries
- Ensuring accurate supplier account balances
- Facilitating timely invoice approvals
- Handling diverse accounting support tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
- Able to commute to their High Wycombe office
- Experience with Microsoft D365 (not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Organised, able to work to tight deadlines and able to prioritise multiple simultaneous workloads
