Accounts Administrator
- Job Type: Fixed-term (12 months maternity cover with potential for permanency)
- Location: High Wycombe
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week (flexible start finish times)
- Salary: £32,000 – £34,000
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts administration. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is numerate, process-oriented, and has at least 3 years of experience in a similar field.
Day to Day of the role:
- Dealing with bank statement entries
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
- Analysing and reporting sales figures
- Handling the petty cash
- Accruals and prepayments
- Fixed assets register maintenance
- Assisting with month end closedown processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly proficient with SAP/SAGE (essential)
- Experience with Excel reports
- Experience in administrative finance.
- Accurate attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Advanced Excel essential)
- Confident and professional when liaising with internal and external customers.
- A reliable individual who can work effectively as part of a team.
- AAT level 3 qualification (Minimum).
