Working as a key member of the production team you will be required to support in provide kits to production from stores and keep the plan updated.

Responsibilities

  • Providing production with the correct kits
  • Allocating the correct sub-assemblies to the correct kits
  • Daily review of shop floor line stocks.
  • Notifying managers and supervisors of shortages.
  • Proactive in checking for when kits are fully kitted
  • To work independently and efficiently as directed by management.
  • Follow all health and safety requirements as guided by the Company
  • Follow work methods and practices in line with the Company Quality Systems.

Skills and qualifications

  • Well organised administrator.
  • Physically fit
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking ability.
  • Competent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft packages - required for documentation production and communication.
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated.
  • Focused, organised and methodical approach to tasks
  • Able to work well within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 16.30pm

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)
