The Business Development Coordinator is instrumental in supporting with the growth of the company. Working alongside the Business Development Manager, the focus of the role is to source, recruit and train people to become part of the organisation.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Coordinator include:

* Managing sales leads to ensure pipeline remains up to date* Support with lead generation, in-line with the companies LinkedIn recruitment strategy* Effectively meeting with customers at the start of their journey with the company* Working with the Business Development Team to support with mapping territories* Exporting demographic data to help internal staff grow their businesses* Supporting with the event management of training courses* Providing administrative support if and when required

Profile

The Business Development Coordinator will have:
