Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Data Centre Site Manager to oversee the operations of a live production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing data centres and be proficient in handling various systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the data centre infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), Air Handling Units (AHU), and Dust Filtration Units (DFU).
  • Monitor and manage Facility Management Systems (FMS), chillers, dampers, and switchgear.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a data centre or live production facility.
  • Proficiency in managing BMS, UPS, AHU, DFU, FMS, chillers, dampers, and switchgear.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
